Meet David, our flavour guru with 25 years of experience. He’s a master of vanilla, red fruit, and caramel flavours.
With a background in sports nutrition, he transforms functional ingredients—often bitter and unpleasant—into delightful treats. David’s passion for taste shines through in every creation.
When he’s not in the lab, you’ll find him enjoying sports, traveling, and indulging in his love for chocolate.
With over 25 years of expertise in natural food ingredients and flavours, Alain has made a significant impact on both French and international markets.
In 2016, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Alain founded Idearom. His passion for the flavour industry and timely opportunities brought the company to life.
By 2018, Idearom established a 200 m² workshop and expanded rapidly into North Africa. Despite the pandemic’s challenges, the company continued growing into sub-Saharan Africa and, in 2020, moved to a 600 m² facility in Montfort-le-Gesnois.
In 2024, Idearom reached a new milestone by expanding the team, boosting its development capacity. Alain, our passionate visionary, continues to lead Idearom towards new horizons.
With 27 years in the flavour and perfume industry, Louis is the epitome of French expertise and is globally recognized.
His dedication to quality raw ingredients has earned him strong ties with industry leaders.
With a curious and sociable nature, he’s deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and champions environmentally friendly products.
Chloé Simond, food marketing specialist with nearly 10 years of experience, has worked with various flavour houses across Europe, Canada, and the United States. Always attuned to food trends, she advises and supports customers in developing new flavour projects.
Chloe loves combining her marketing expertise with the skills of flavourists to create custom flavours, envision unique flavour collections, and anticipate the evolving needs of the dynamic food market.
